Terms and Conditions

At Mum To Mum Fitness, I want you to have a wonderful time no matter which class you choose, however your safety and your little one’s safety is the most important, which is why I have set the below terms and conditions.

  1. Health Questionnaire: Mum to Mum Fitness requires all customers to read and sign the Client information questionnaire before their first session. The Client information questionnaire must be filled out in full, together with all health information relating to their birth and pregnancy along with emergency contact information. If your health changes at any point you must inform me as soon as possible. You know your body better than anyone else so please make sure you listen to it and stick to your limits during the class and the advice/modifications given.

  2. Booking a class or course: All classes must be booked in advance by contacting Mum to Mum Fitness through any Social Media Channel or via Phone, Text or WhatsApp. Spaces are limited so classes must be pre booked.

  3. Free Trial: Every mum is entitled to book ONE free trial. A free trial will only be rebooked a maximum of three times upon which the offer will be withdrawn.

  4. Class Fees: Class fees must be payed by the last day of the month or the date specified in the booking email should the booking be part way through a month. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of your class place. Fees for missed classes will not be refunded or carried over to subsequent months. You are welcome to join an alternative class in either the week before, week of the missed class or the week after. To do so you must arrange the alternative class within 48 hrs of the missed class. Monthly class fees are payable for the month irrespective of how many sessions you attend and no deductions will be made for weeks you cannot attend. 

Fees must be paid direct to Mum to Mum Fitness by means of direct bank transfer or by purchasing a class pass from the wesbite. Class fees are as follows;

  • ​MumFit, BabyFit, ToddlerFit - £6.50 per class 

  • MumFit Bootcamp - £7.50 per class

  • BumpFit - £6.50 per class  

5. Class Passes: Class passes are available at the below costs. A 10 week pass gives you flexibility to use it within 12 weeks and a 15 week pass to be used within 18 weeks.

10 class pass for the price of 9 classes (£58.50)

15 class pass for the price of 13 classes (£84.50)

6. Community Spaces Project

These spaces are created for ladies who need it the most, anyone seen to be abusing the system will not be given a place or may have their space refused.

Spaces are given on a first come, first served basis and cannot be carried over from month to month. If classes are not attended they will not be replaced so please ensure you are available for the month.

There are limited spaces per class, but you can be added to a waiting list.

Classes that can be used for Community Space places are - Baby Fit, Toddler Fit and Mum Fit.

Due to GDPR you cannot apply on behalf of someone else, please signpost them to the website for them to apply.

Each person is allowed one full month of classes (1 per week) to a class of their choice from the list above, if space is available. After this, payment is required, so that the community space is then available for another person to enjoy the benefit of it.

General information 

  1. Whilst at Mum to Mum Fitness we are committed to safeguarding you and your children. During all classes your child will remain your sole responsibility and you must ensure the safety of your child. Mum to Mum Fitness does not accept responsibility for any incident or injury involving your child during the class.

  2. Mums are expected to wear appropriate workout attire for all classes in particular suitable footwear, failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the class or course.

  3. Instructors reserve the right to request discharge documentation from your health professional in the event they are concerned about your ability to exercise.

  4. Any person found to be acting in an abusive or threatening manner towards either myself or other customers will be removed permanently from all classes without a refund.

  5. In the event I have to cancel a class, I will arrange a refund for the class or you can opt to have the class fee deducted from the following months payment.

  6. Outdoor classes will go ahead in most weather conditions. If you choose not to attend then no refund will be offered. In the case of extreme weather in which it wouldn't be safe to run the class, the class would be cancelled. You will be offered a refund or can opt to have the class fee deducted from the following months fee.​

  7. Changes to these terms and conditions would be communicated to current class attendees. Any update will not affect any current class you are already booked on, but will take effect if you choose to continue with that class and make a further payment.

Privacy Policy

Mum to Mum Fitness is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out how we will look after personal data that we’ve collected from you or you’ve given us. Please read it carefully.


We might collect information from you when you:

  • Fill in a form on our website; for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter or make an enquiry

  • Complete our health questionnaire

  • Make a purchase. 

  • Get in touch with us – we may keep a record of an email you send us, for example, when you make an enquiry about a class.

We may also keep details of your visits to our site, and what you use or look at.

In addition, once a client of Mum to Mum Fitness, we keep a log of classes attended, session plans, personal information such as physical measurements (where tested) and specific contact information.

All sessional and personal information is held for three years following the last previous session, unless a specific request for deletion is made by a client.

All information is stored digitally under password protection and is not shared with any other third parties.


We have implemented security features to prevent unauthorised access. However, sending information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we can’t guarantee its security. So, you transmit your data to us at your own risk.


We will never disclose your personal information to third parties organisations or someone else.


We will keep your email address

  • If you ask to be placed on our mailing list; or

  • You purchase our goods or services.

We will amend or remove your personal information on request. To do so, please contact us at


You have the right to access information held about you. Find out what data an organisation has about you on the GOV.UK website. We will post any changes to our Privacy Policy on this page. Where appropriate, we will let you know by email.
