Mum to Mum Fitness has a range of classes for you to join!

BabyFit
This class is for mums and babies (until they start to confidently walk). You will need to be at least 6 weeks postnatal or 10-12 weeks postnatal following a c-section. The classes will offer postnatal modified exercises for you to follow to ease you back into exercise and support your recovery. They are 45 minute circuit style classes that will have a different focus each week. You get to workout and the babies will have baby gyms/baby seats, baby toys and a ball pool pit to enjoy! Every mum can attend a free trial and after that it's £6.50/class, payable for the month.

ToddlerFit
This class is ideal for mums and confident walkers (and beyond). It is a 45 minute circuit style classes that will have a different focus each week. The classes will offer postnatal modified exercises for you to follow to ease you back into exercise and support your recovery. They are 45 minute circuit style classes that will have a different focus each week. You get to workout and your little one's get to play. They will have ride on's, toys and a ball pool pit to enjoy during the class. Every mum can attend a free trial and after that it's £6.50/class, payable for the month.

Mum Fit Bootcamp
Mum Fit bootcamp classes are suitable for mum's ready to step up their fitness (or any ladies - you don't have to be a mum). Recommended for ladies at least 8 months postnatal, providing there is no pelvic floor dysfunction or diastasis recti. Each class will be an hour of fun and will push you to find a new level of fit. Classes will feature equipment such as medicine balls, weights, agility ladders and sandbags to help progress your fitness. Every lady can attend a free trial and after that it's £7.50/class, payable for the month.
